Are You Ready to Join the 10 Day Challenge?!

Here are the basics of Tony Robbin’s 10 Day Challenge, if you want to join us, just signup for a FREE account here then message me on Facebook or email me and say “Add me to the 10 Day Challenge!!” 


We will be doing these things together for 10 days, to help jump start weight loss and feel AWESOME. I’ll provide some meal ideas during the challenge, and you’ll have the support of me and the group! I hope you’ll join me :) Together, we’re better!

The 10-Day Challenge:

1. Practice deep breathing. It can be a breathing meditation or just simply take 10 deep breaths 3 times a day.

2. Drink half your body weight in ounces everyday.

3. Eat a diet of water-rich foods. Make this at least 70% of your diet.

4. Supplement your diet with essential fatty acids like Omega 3 and Omega 6. You can get these at any health store or even your supermarket.

5. Make your body more alkaline instead of acidic. This means eat lots of green vegetables. Like green veggies, almonds, avocados, lemons, and limes. And avoid the acid-forming foods like animal meats, dairy products, sugars, and caffeine.

6. Add fresh lemon to your water everyday to help boost your alkalinity.

7. Do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week.Walk or swim or jog or even take an aerobics class. Don’t forget to figure out your ideal heart rate = 180 – your age.

8. Drink water before and after your meals but never during.

9. Eat in a relaxed state and don’t mix carbs and proteins together and have fruit on an empty stomach.

10. Exercise your mind: Show gratitude, think about positive memories and future visualizations.

11. Avoid processed fats, animal flesh, dairy products, and other acid addictions (alcohol, sugars, vinegar, nicotine, whites, and drugs)

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Serves 8
A healthier version of your classic buffalo chicken wing dip! Bring to a party and they'll never know this is a healthier version of the dip and it tastes amazing!!!

  1. 4 oz of reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 c of plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1 c of shredded mozzarella cheese (plus a sprinkle for the topping)
  4. 1/3 c of Cholula hot sauce (up to 1/2 c if you like it hotter)
  5. 25 oz of canned chicken breast, shredded (or make it yourself with boneless, skinless chicken breast -- I like fast and easy, so canned it is)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish lightly greased with coconut oil. Pour a few more drops of hot sauce on top and a sprinkle of cheese along the top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Dip celery in it for your healthiest option or homemade tortilla chips made from corn tortillas.
  1. Remember to eat this in portions, it's NOT healthy if you eat the whole thing ;)
  2. The whole dish is just over 1500 calories, so if it's split into 8 servings, it's about 190 calories per serving; 8g fat; 26g protein; less than 2g carbs.

You need to be willing to commit to a professional growth program. Internship for the first 3-6 months where you will learn from me and what I do with my business & understand how to do it yourself. Then pay can be around $500-$1,000 -weekly- (over $50,000 annually) for the next 6-12 months. You can expect that number will double or even triple >IF YOU FOLLOW< the to do list I give you and are consistent with your work. You have absolute control over income based off of your ability to follow my simple 3 step road map.

Clean Eating Tips

13 Clean Eating Tips ANYONE can follow!!


1. Eat 5-6 small meals everyday (make one of them Shakeology!!)

2. Eat every 2-3 hours

3. Combine lean protein and complex carbs at every meal.

4. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. I have found that using an insulated tumbler with a straw tricks me into drinking more water, hey whatever works for YOU!!

5. Never miss a meal especially breakfast!!! 

6. Carry healthy snacks with you on the go – don’t be afraid to pack a cooler even!

7. Avoid all over-processed foods, refined foods, white flour and sugar

8. Avoid all saturated and trans fats

9. Avoid sugar loaded soda and juices

10. Consume adequate healthy fats each day – avoid foods labeled “fat-free” or “low-fat”

11. Avoid alcohol-another form of sugar

12. Depend on fresh fruits and vegetables for fiber, vitamins, and enzymes

13. Stick to proper portion size – give up super sizing!! The 21 Day Fix is a great program to learn about portions!
